The Inviting Core – Living Room & Balcony
This subtle yet bright living room instantly draws you in with its open layout and an elegant nine-seater sofa that defines comfort. Overlooking a charming balcony, the space is both lively and serene. The TV unit and custom panel sit against a refined concrete-textured wall, offering the perfect counterpoint to the vivid upholstery.
A delicately designed false ceiling, paired with layered lighting, adds warmth and dimensionality to the room. The adjacent balcony, though compact, is thoughtfully designed for comfort and charm—with a swing, cozy seating, and lush greenery, it's the ideal winter-evening retreat. The palette of blue and white evokes a soft Mediterranean or Santorini-inspired vibe—airy, bright, and refreshingly tranquil.

Tucked beside the living room, the dining and breakfast space is compact yet highly efficient. It overlooks a large window, transforming the corner into a perfect spot for morning tea or evening conversations.
The kitchen, though modest in footprint, is carefully designed with ergonomic clarity and user comfort in mind. Deep blue cabinetry, accented with patterned tiles and warm wooden tones, brings texture and life to the space.
